Oil Change in Sahuarita, AZ at 1215 W Duval Mine Rd

This was one of the best experiences I ever had at oil change place. I was offered a water so as I pulled up to the bay. The gentleman that helped me was very professional and knowledgeable. They gave me a 50% off my 100 dollar synthetic oil change. I very surprised about that. They gave me all the options for the oil change with no pressure at all. They also checked my air filters and showed how dirty they were and had those replaced also. They even showed me proof of my oil lever before I left. Excellent customer service service.

This was the fourth time I've used this service and it has been GREAT!! Quick, thorough and very informative. I used to be all about using Walmart for the oil changes, but their staff is not interested in helping and they make it VERY OBVIOUS that they don't care about providing service, they just want to do as little as they have to, until quitting time. Although it does cost more than an oil change would at Walmart, the service is well worth the money!! The staff is exceptionally friendly, even Logan, who is not been in a good mood every time I've dealt with him, but once he gets his venting out of the way, he's a very helpful individual, just would probably be best if he vented to that us customers don't get offended. The coupons available take a good amount off, well worth every penny! Thank you for the great service!

Had a great experience getting an oil change with my boyfriend for his truck. The process took not even 30 minutes and was super smooth. Technicians Kevin and George were super nice, helpful, and informative on everything they were performing on the truck. Their positive attitude and knowledge from them was very reassuring that they were going to make sure everything was done correct and thorough to which they accomplished greatly. Awesome team!

I have a dim view of “quick lube” places because of all of the stories I’ve heard of poor service which resulted in big problems down the road. I needed an oil change during my long cross-country trip. I didn’t want to schedule at a dealer and wait all day or maybe two, so I took a chance on Take 5. First, while I was in line, I was offered a bottled water, which I greatly appreciated. I was driving a Class-C RV, which barely fit, but I was guided into my spot perfectly. I sat in my RV as I watched the service attendants do an excellent job in changing the oil and air filters, add fresh oil, and verify the proper amount was added. They also checked my brake, transmission, and wiper fluids, which I greatly appreciated. After this experience, I am a Take 5 fan and will recommend them at any opportunity I find.

Top notch service as always. Matthew was incredibly helpful. Can’t remember the other two names from May 24th, 2026 at about 2:15 in the afternoon but they ruled as well. Helpful, polite, friendly, and great service in a timely manner. Highly encourage green valley and Sahuarita folks to get serviced here. The survey didn’t come through my email but I think I have a ton of blockers on it so that’s on me not the crew. Well done all of you!
