The service is exceptional. The two people who assisted me were incredibly kind and took the time to explain every detail of the service, including the type of oil being used and everything that was going to be done to my car. That level of communication is greatly appreciated. There was no waiting time at all—everything was handled amazingly fast, much faster than I expected. I loved the way they work, and above all, the attention, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff. They truly make customers feel valued and well taken care of. 💯 Highly recommended! 😊
This was my first time at Take 5. I had an excellent experience. Carlos and Kevin were polite, professional and informative through the whole process. The oil change was quick and they showed me the dipper to assure me the oil had been replaced, as I had a bad experience elsewhere. They also changed my windshield wipers and tested them to be sure they worked correctly. They reminded me also that I can come in for a check and top off for the first 3000 miles. I do recommend and will return. Thank you for the great service!
They showed me everything they did. From beginning to end. Showed me the new plug they were going to use. The new oil they put measuring to the correct amount on the dipstick. And u see them put in the new oil because u see it while you sit in your car, because u dont even hv to get off. And for free checked while you're there the tire pressure and coolant and other fluids. Thanks! Will be back!
