Had an excellent experience at the Take 5 Oil Change location. They got us in and out in about 10 minutes, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. McKenzie is always friendly, accommodating, and gives off true five-star customer service vibes. Memphis was excellent as well — very respectful and professional. My wife even commented on how impressed she was with how quick and efficient the entire oil change process was. We always enjoy coming to this Queen Creek location because of their speed, professionalism, and overall great attitude. Highly recommend this location!

This was probably the best $111 I have ever spent. I normally change my oil and do all of the basic maintenance on my car myself, but I am leaving on a long road trip tomorrow, and really just needed to preserve my available time for packing and preparation reasons. When I first arrived, Kenzie greeted me with a warmth and charm that is uncommon in most businesses today. This is the kind of character quality that you cannot train people for. You have to be lucky enough to find it. And if you’re smart, you hire it immediately. Kenzie was extremely knowledgeable, very professional, highly accommodating, and resourceful. She and her team performed all of the services that my car needed for my long road trip, and I am able to travel now with little concern over the welfare of my vehicle. The quality of service provided made me question whether I will ever need to do my own oil changes in the future because it was just so easy to go to Take Five on the corner of Ellsworth and Riggs in Queen Creek, Arizona. I cannot say enough about Jianna and Ryan at Take 5 Oil Change. My wife and I were involved in a motor vehicle accident at the intersection nearby, and in a moment that could have been incredibly stressful and overwhelming, these two stepped up in a way we will never forget. Not only did Jianna and Ryan immediately make sure we were okay, but they stayed with us to provide information to the responding police unit. Their kindness and calm presence meant more than they probably realize. As if that weren’t enough, they took it upon themselves to change our tire so we wouldn’t need a tow truck. This required purchasing a jack from the nearby AutoZone — which Jianna bought without hesitation. That level of selflessness and initiative is rare. Two amazing employees, but more importantly, two incredible human beings. We are so grateful our paths crossed tonight. Jianna and Ryan are heroes in our book, and because of them, Take 5 will absolutely be our vehicle service location of choice from this point forward. Ryan was the first person that greeted me and explained the process. Everyone at Take 5 Oil Change in Queen Creek, AZ was very polite and welcoming. They even offered me water while I waited for my turn, which I really appreciated. One thing I loved most is that they were able to use the oil and oil filter I brought for my car. That kind of flexibility is hard to find. Highly suggest this place. Thank you for all that y’all do!

What a truly great experience. Jianna was amazing. From the moment I pulled in until I left, she gave me 5 Star service. She explained everything to me; the process and the steps they were going to take. She was very detailed and clearly stated everything. Prices were reasonable. She gave me her honest opinion on what she felt I needed, but never made me feel pressured to buy anything. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this location. If I had anything negative to say it would only be the wait time. But I understand. There are only 3 bays so not many employees at this location. Honestly, the service I received was so good that it really was worth the wait for such quality work. I’ll be back!
