It was an oil change. Three grades of synthetic to choose from. Tires were inflated, windshield cleaned, fluid levels checked and topped off, air filter inspected (still good), belts and hoses OK. Never needed to get out of my car and everyone was friendly. I'll still need my own mechanic to check for oil leakage and for a lot of other problems, but he won't need to spend time on what was already done at Take 5. And I won't be driving around with the oil level warning light on in the meantime. I would use Take 5 again and recommend it. 👌
Extremely friendly, helpful, and remarkably quick service. We were also able to use a coupon after signing up so the price ended up discounted. Some training was taking place, but it didn’t even remotely slow down the process and the overall demeanor of everyone working on my car was very welcoming and informative. Super coordinated and organized as well. They know what they’re doing and how to take care of cars that’ll be weathering the desert heat. If you’re new to the area or just shopping around for any reason, this is probably your best bet!
Take Five is the Best. Just like customer service used to be in the old days!!!!! actually they saved me because I had purchase my own oil and filter and BigOTires where I used to service my car decide not to accept own parts anymore then I look everywhere and it was with appointment or also no own parts allowed. So thank you Guys u saved me!!! Kenzie was SUPER EXCELLENT knowledgeable very good attitude and really listen to me so Im very Happy and for sure will be back from now on to Take Five oil change in Queen Creek!!! When visiting my son in AZ.
