September 2026: Once again, the crew was awesome! I will be going again in another few thousand miles. March 2026: This was probably the best $111 I have ever spent. I normally change my oil and do all of the basic maintenance on my car myself, but I am leaving on a long road trip tomorrow, and really just needed to preserve my available time for packing and preparation reasons. When I first arrived, Kenzie greeted me with a warmth and charm that is uncommon in most businesses today. This is the kind of character quality that you cannot train people for. You have to be lucky enough to find it. And if you’re smart, you hire it immediately. Kenzie was extremely knowledgeable, very professional, highly accommodating, and resourceful. She and her team performed all of the services that my car needed for my long road trip, and I am able to travel now with little concern over the welfare of my vehicle. The quality of service provided made me question whether I will ever need to do my own oil changes in the future because it was just so easy to go to Take Five on the corner of Ellsworth and Riggs in Queen Creek, Arizona. I am already looking forward to my next visit there. Thank you, Kenzie and your team, for quality and professional execution of service over the importance of my travels. I stopped 10 minutes before close today (9/25) because I had just changed the tires on my bike and it was making a weird noise and I was worried I had done something wrong; Amon (I believe that’s how you spell his name I’m sorry if I got it wrong) came out and gave my tires a once over to make sure everything was okay. He treated me with respect, kindness and didn’t make me feel guilty about asking for help at all. I am so very grateful that he took time out of his night to help me and make sure I was safe.
Amon and Charles... where do I start?! From the moment I pulled up and Amon popped out with an ice cold bottle of H20 I knew I'd made a great decision to stop by this spot to get an oil change! I wasn't disappointed as Amon and Charles went full-on Batman and Robin on my Ride! Charles was incredibly informative on all of the different Membership offers and Amon was as informative on my filter's replacements and such! The synchronized way in which they worked was also impressive! Having a total of 4 Rides, I told them I'd be back with the other 3! *YesSirr... the Service was just that Top-Notch!!! *Ohhh... and how could I forget the Veteran's Discount??! Are you kiddin' me??! What an Absolute Honor to do biz with Take 5 here in QC!!! BRAVOOOO!
