Oil Change in Lake Havasu City, AZ at 1724 Acoma Blvd W

The guys and gals at the lake Havasu take five location are always amazing! I have yet to get a service with y’all that has not been spectacular, over the top, amazing customer service, and the kind friendliness from start to finish is always exemplary. Being a veteran is also a bonus because they always make sure to provide me with my discount, and only one time did we miss it, but they definitely made up for that at my next visit. Can’t ask for a better service call. Look forward to the next one in a few months. If anyone is looking for a great service provider for your oil changes or other little services, go see the folks at the take five lake Havasu - they’re all rock stars.

I went to have my oil changed and the two employees working were absolutely great and extremely polite. They worked well as a team! My concern is that The employees have no fans inside the bay and they have a little AC unit inside the office that they do not get to turn on. I feel that that is not safe for them with the summer coming up. I asked them if they get fans or are they allowed to turn on their AC in the office onand the answer was no. They are short staffed and I would think that nobody would want to work there in the summer unless they get them some items to cool them down and at least allow them to have the AC on inside the office. I hope this happens to make everybody happy.

I interacted with two people, both of them professionals that knew how to smile and laughed at my bad jokes. Most young people have no concept of customer service, which is profoundly sad. It was obvious that these two had been exposed to that training. Safety for their customers was important to them. I will be returning for additional oil changes. They offered tire service however I had come directly from a tire store.

Easiest and fastest oil change place. Dudes were super chill, respectful and knowledgeable and got the job done fast. Got wipers installed while waiting as well. Paid a tad more then a mecanics shop but for not having to drop my car off for an entire day, no rude sales man trying to tell me all the other things i need to fix and giving me a guilt trip cause i cant, this place was well worth it!! Even Gave me discounts and made sure things were perfect before I left. A 10 for the Havasu Location!

Skylar greeted us with a smile right away. The whole team got us in an out in 15mins we did an oil change and changed out the cabin air filter. They advised my best friend how to clean his aftermarket intake filter and also topped off all vital fluids & set all tire pressures back to specs. I work for a high end dealership and I WISH my techs worked as fast and friendly and with such comrarderie like they do here. I am just passing through from Vegas and told my friend he was past due for an oil change. What a gem to have found this place as I am limited on time and didnt have hours to wait at a Ford dealer for a simple oil change service. Thank you Skylar for your kind attentiveness, Alexander for your knowledge & leadership & to the Christipher & the other gentleman who quickly changed the oil and filter & did the tire pressure adjustmens to specs all at the same time (didnt get to see his name tag). Someone get Sklyar some floor cushions mats poor thing had to lean on the hard floor changing the cabin air filter. Wonderful team! Would love for them to work for us in Nv at my service maintenance center! Bravo! I will be back with my car later to top off my vital fluids before heading home! -update, I brought my Audi in the following day to get my tires checked & my vital fluids topped off. Christopher was friendly & the entire team was on top of it AGAIN! Consistency is key for me for excellent customer service! I was pleased to have a quick pitstop before heading back to Vegas for my long drive home, even cleaned my windshield and offered me an ice cold water! This team is awesome! Love it! Didn't even charge me for my cars check up. Unfortunately they didn't have my cabin air filter in stock for my 2022 Audi S4. It's alright, happens at my job too! Thanks again! This will be my spot when I am in town!
