I am so grateful for the service that I received. All the workers were so polite and thorough and explained everything. They even came out to bring us water as we waited and explained that there was a wait but they would get to us as soon as they can. I really enjoyed my experience and will recommend it to everyone I meet that lives in the area. Oh.. also they give 25% off to veterans!!! I felt very honored
Great service! Very friendly and thoroughly checked various parts of my vehicle while getting my oil changed. Also gave good advice on upcoming services needed. Nothing high pressure though. All the employees were professional and courteous. After leaving the facility, both my husband and I commented on how great the customer service was. Very impressed!
My husband and I were driving from Tucson to Vegas when something started dragging. It looked like the skid plate to us, but with it being 120 outside and no tools we were stuck. We pulled into Big 5 praying for an easy fix! Brian and Tyler took the time to listen, inspect and fix the problem in less than 10 minutes. HUGE THANK YOU to these guys, we are safely back on the road.
