First, I was greeted by a gentleman with a "good morning" and a smile and a bottle of cold water. The customer service here is outstanding! I arrived before 8 am and they were just finishing with another customer. The service is exceptional. I had an oil change and they checked the filters, fluids, tire pressure, and even washed my windshields. I was out in 10 minutes. The cost is very reasonable! Highly recommend this business!! I will be back. Thank you for your outstanding service.💗
Service Dude took a look at oil on the Dip Stick and told me my oil was in great shape still. I was very pleased with his honesty. He looked up my info and reminded me i was there one year ago and had put less than 1K miles on my vehicle. I pulled into Take 5 because i never reset my mileage counter. Thanks Again and ill see yall 2500 miles from now Oh yea sent me off with correct Air Pressure in tires and cold bottle of water.
There was a girl who works at the Havasu location, never got her name, kind of tomboyish, anyway; She was so awesome. While she was helping me, I was literally getting ASMR goosebumps, Soo didn’t want to leave. Was sad it literally took only 5 minutes. 😂 The whole team was great. 👍 10000% Oh yeah, I never even knew that Toyota Tacomas had an air filter behind glove box. Definitely replaced!
