I want to preface this review by saying every single staff member is outstanding here!! The names that I remember were Steven and Dakota, but there was also a third gentleman helping them out and it was three of them against the world that day and they treated every single customer with kindness, respect and 100% amazing service. To top it off, they really respect an honor, military, and veteran families 25% off for serving my country Thank you so much, gentlemen you made the experience memorable and this is why we constantly return to take five!! 10 out of 10 Experience!!

Even if I need to wait a little bit for an oil change at Take 5, it’s worth the wait. Chris and David are thorough, helpful, and informative about the needs of my vehicle. They take their time, appear to enjoy what they do, and are courteous to every different customer as they come through. While I was waiting, I observed how informative Chris and David were with three other customers. You can see the process of the oil change; air filter checks and changes if necessary; and with the air pressure checks on tires. This was my second experience at Take 5. My first experience was very similar to this experience. I will continue to take my vehicle here. Chris went the extra mile and put zip ties in the place of the screws that are missing from my air filter housing. I appreciate that he noticed and chose to offer the zip ties as a temporary fix. While other places may be a little lower in price, I prefer seeing exactly what is happening to my vehicle. I also prefer the customer service at Take 5.

Huge orchids to #Take5OilChange in Kingman. Needed oil changed and was meet and greeted by Dakota. From the first hello til I drove off, I felt valued. He went over every detail from oil filter, type of oil, air filter, windshield washer and blades, checked air in all the tires. Checked all the fluids before I left. He went way above what I was expecting, especially since I dont care for handling things like this. Dakota rock it and will have my business again. I drove away feeling confident in what was done and that he wasn't trying to up sale me.
