As always, when I go there, start you off with a greeting and a bottle of water if you so need one or want one. Girl, it was real nice there, so I go to the same spot every time in Kingman , Arizona The text there are pretty good. No, there’s stuff couple of the guys that were on my truck were being trained for another location. Hopefully they can hold the same standard at their location that this location does of their guys. but they all did real good. I’ve got no complaints. I used to do what they do Before I got into the career I’m in now, so I respect that
I want to preface this review by saying every single staff member is outstanding here!! The names that I remember were Steven and Dakota, but there was also a third gentleman helping them out and it was three of them against the world that day and they treated every single customer with kindness, respect and 100% amazing service. To top it off, they really respect an honor, military, and veteran families 25% off for serving my country Thank you so much, gentlemen you made the experience memorable and this is why we constantly return to take five!! 10 out of 10 Experience!!
Even if I need to wait a little bit for an oil change at Take 5, it’s worth the wait. Chris and David are thorough, helpful, and informative about the needs of my vehicle. They take their time, appear to enjoy what they do, and are courteous to every different customer as they come through. While I was waiting, I observed how informative Chris and David were with three other customers. You can see the process of the oil change; air filter checks and changes if necessary; and with the air pressure checks on tires. This was my second experience at Take 5. My first experience was very similar to this experience. I will continue to take my vehicle here. Chris went the extra mile and put zip ties in the place of the screws that are missing from my air filter housing. I appreciate that he noticed and chose to offer the zip ties as a temporary fix. While other places may be a little lower in price, I prefer seeing exactly what is happening to my vehicle. I also prefer the customer service at Take 5.
