First time I had been here but I was in need of oil change and didn’t have time to schedule out. The techs were very nice and explained everything they were doing made recommendations and didn’t try to force any purchases. The manager Bree was very nice and helpful. I need a cabinets air filter and they didn’t have it in stock, told me if I get one from Walmart or auto store and come by she will change it out free of charge. Entire process was quick and pleasant.

They were super friendly and knowledgeable. They went above what they needed to do to with my oil change and I appreciate the extra car knowledge Robert shared. It also only took about 5 minutes from me pulling in to them being done. Great work here.

The manager of the store had reached out to her with an email with apologies and a complimentary service. I took my truck in to get serviced and couldn't have been a better experience. A young lady welcomed me in with a cold water and promptly started with checks. Another gentleman approved me with a service card and explained the different services and types of oil. I showed him the email and he was more than accepting of the situation. They were both very professional and provided excellent customer service. They also provided prompt service and had me on the road in less than 15 min. That’s how it should work. Kuddos to the team there.
Jason Aulds,Before visiting, I thought there’s no way service would be that quick. I tried 3 other companies in my area and each one I waited for over 2 hours! BrakesPlus told me 2 hours and when I returned after 2.5 hours later, they hadn’t even started! I spent about 15ish minutes at Take5 and I will never go back to any of others again. Very impressed! Staff was friendly. I paid the same price as the others but I saved so much time. 👍🏻😎
