I went for an oil change and they informed me that it didn’t need it . I asked them about my coolant. I had it done at the dealer. They showed me that the sticker under the hood had not been done possibly topped off twice at the dealer but not logged or under pressure this possibly causing the air bubbles in my cooling system. I had the coolant done under pressure like it is supposed to be.and I feel that I can trust Take 5 with my car’s needs.
Robert and Braden provided excellent service during our oil change today. They explained everything clearly and kept us informed throughout the process and even noticed a recall from our vehicle’s manufacturer that we hadn’t been aware of that we definitely will be following up on. The service was quick, efficient, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. We really appreciate their attention to detail and great customer service from them both :)
They did a great job and informed me of all that Larry Miller Surprise did wrong to my Jeep and what they couldn't get off of my Jeep since Larry miller had put the lugs on crooked. They worked extremely hard to get my skid plate off and to put it on correctly (Roberta?) And Brandon are amazing. Go get it done with them.
