I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change with Chris! I especially appreciate their military discount—25% off services is a great benefit for veterans and military members. Everyone was very kind, courteous, and attentive. I had three different team members offer me a bottle of water while I was there! Chris also did a great job explaining everything throughout the service. He showed me my dirty filter compared to what a clean one should look like and kept me informed during the oil change instead of just doing the work without explaining it. They do offer additional services and recommendations, but I never felt pressured or pushed into purchasing anything I didn't want. Overall, the service was quick, professional, informative, and friendly. I definitely appreciated the customer service and the military discount. Great experience!
I pulled to there shop they were finishing a up a car they started on my pick up the tech she explained all the services they do so I had a oil and filter change then while I was there I had the rear end oil changed they checked everything out I’m not sure how long it took but I don’t like when someone in a rush I was happy with the service
I went for an oil change and they informed me that it didn’t need it . I asked them about my coolant. I had it done at the dealer. They showed me that the sticker under the hood had not been done possibly topped off twice at the dealer but not logged or under pressure this possibly causing the air bubbles in my cooling system. I had the coolant done under pressure like it is supposed to be.and I feel that I can trust Take 5 with my car’s needs.
