Being an Arizona Native of 49 years, I’ve purchased oil changes all over the Valley. I visited this location out of convenience but received the best customer service and information ever. Oil changes are not fun because it’s hot, unpleasant and expensive appointments. Frank made this experience the best possible for maintaining my (new to me vehicle) Lexus. He’s happy, knowledgeable and a great leader as a manager. I loved his customer service and passion for people. Overall the best Take 5 Location!

After my car had a minor incident with a high curb, the team, especially the technician working under the car, performed exceptional repairs. They even went the extra mile to check my oil. I first discovered Take 5 in Phoenix, Arizona, and was delighted to find them in Saint Louis, Missouri, too. Their service is consistently top-tier, no matter the location. This branch, in particular, delivered exceptional service, showcasing their dedication to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend them for any automotive needs! They gave me water too, which was... why would I go anywhere else, ever again.
Rick Crawford,Got my oil changed here yesterday Frank the site manager was amazing his coworkers were awesome everybody was friendly happy smiling courteous they made me feel welcome any question I asked to help me with Frank helped me with my mileage explained a few things that I needed on my vehicle which I appreciated top of my windshield fluid and I also even bought some windshield wipers it was buy one get one free so that was nice it was a really good experience and I do recommend this place thanks Frank you are awesome the only thing I could say it felt like it was a little overpriced but you know sometimes you need to pay to get good service
Muchelle Weightman,This team was awesome. Cade was very professional. They were a young team. From the ages of 16 to 19. But they knew their stuff. There was 1 female. They called her Alex. She held her own working with the guys. My wife and I had a wonderful teasing Cade. My wife noticed first that they look young. She said to me. DO THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING? I Mentioned it to Cade and he professional responded. We have all been trained. We laughed and made jokes the entire time whike in our car. But Cade stayed on course. Everybody was super friendly and you could tell the employees worked really well together instead of just standing around. They even offered me water while I waited which was nice. 👌🏼 They got everything done in like 10 minutes too and the whole environment felt really welcoming and LGBTQ friendly. Tbh one of the quickest and smoothest oil change experiences I’ve had.
