Being an Arizona Native of 49 years, I’ve purchased oil changes all over the Valley. I visited this location out of convenience but received the best customer service and information ever. Oil changes are not fun because it’s hot, unpleasant and expensive appointments. Frank made this experience the best possible for maintaining my (new to me vehicle) Lexus. He’s happy, knowledgeable and a great leader as a manager. I loved his customer service and passion for people. Overall the best Take 5 Location!
This was the best experience I’ve had at a quick change oil place. The staff was quick and knowledgeable and provide clear information about my oil, filter, tires and car overall. It was also a very fair price. I have to get synthetic oil and when I take it to a dealer it takes a lot longer and cost more. Highly recommend.

After my car had a minor incident with a high curb, the team, especially the technician working under the car, performed exceptional repairs. They even went the extra mile to check my oil. I first discovered Take 5 in Phoenix, Arizona, and was delighted to find them in Saint Louis, Missouri, too. Their service is consistently top-tier, no matter the location. This branch, in particular, delivered exceptional service, showcasing their dedication to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend them for any automotive needs! They gave me water too, which was... why would I go anywhere else, ever again.
