I had a wonderful experience here yesterday! They changed the oil and filters quickly and professionally. The team was very polite and thoughtful—they even offered me bottled water while I waited. On top of that, they kindly helped me install my new license plate that I had just received. Everything was smooth, stress-free, and top-notch. Highly recommend their service!
Oil life showed 4%, however, we just got oil changed at Take 5 1,600 miles earlier. The oil reset was not reset at that time. But, instead of changing our oil this time, Tony determined the cause and reset it now, without it costing us another unwarranted oil change. His honesty is why we will continue to be a customer of Take 5! Our dealership would PROBABLY have changed for do this. Many thanks Tony! We also bring our other vehicles in for your service. We have never been disappointed with your services in the 20 years we have been your customer. Keep up the great work, there’s not enough businesses around like this. This location on Columbia Rd & Detroit intersection, for anyone interested in the area.
Just moved to Westlake 2 years ago and have always had good service at the Columbia road location. I drop in for air in tires and they are always great. Chad and his coworkers were especially kind and efficient. They worked together like a fine oil machine. Please acknowledge them. Thank you
