Oil life showed 4%, however, we just got oil changed at Take 5 1,600 miles earlier. The oil reset was not reset at that time. But, instead of changing our oil this time, Tony determined the cause and reset it now, without it costing us another unwarranted oil change. His honesty is why we will continue to be a customer of Take 5! Our dealership would PROBABLY have changed for do this. Many thanks Tony! We also bring our other vehicles in for your service. We have never been disappointed with your services in the 20 years we have been your customer. Keep up the great work, there’s not enough businesses around like this. This location on Columbia Rd & Detroit intersection, for anyone interested in the area.
We were in need of an oil change on our Toyota and stopped in!! We were greeted , asked what they could do for us today, offered a cold bottle of water, and directed into the service bay. While changing the oil they cleaned our windshield and noticed our wiper blades were bad and replaced them at the same time and we were ready to go!! Nice job and great people!!!!
Quick service esp if u go middle of the day and have a 25 dollar coupon to try to shield u at least a little from the inflation and upselling w no end in sight. Would be better for them to bake the $5.99 "shop fee" into the advertised price of $85.99 I wouldn't bother or even notice it unless I had got 3 quotes for oul changes all in one day. Intead its at the very bottom of the sign in small font as you are trying to scan the sign. Sure its 6 bucks so when you add the coupons, whatever but its still gives you that wet-willie feeling lol.
