I visited Take 5 for the first time today and I've got to say..I'm impressed. The staff that was there were friendly, efficient, and professional. They were just starting to get busy with the after work crowd when I arrived a little after 5pm, and they were on it! These guys were handling the rush like it was nothing. They took care of my oil change and had time to get me set up with an engine air filter. I never once felt rushed or like I was getting any less attention. I'm glad that this is the crew at my local Take 5 and I will be coming back again! Thank you guys, you're true pros!
Stopped there out of necessity. Was in a jam because earlier I had noticed steam leaking out of the radiator and I needed to drive 20 miles to get home. I pulled in and immediately was greeted by Randy who had a big smile and a bottle of water for me. I told him what the problem was and he said don't worry, we'll take care of you. Within minutes, Jeremiah was checking my radiator and discovered everything was fine. No leaks. There was still water in my reservoir. They told me it nothing to worry about. Then they checked all 4 my tires, added air into the tires that were low. Finally, they gave me paperwork. No Charge. Unbelievable in this day and age.I can't thanks them enough. Definitely highly recommend these guys.,
Today, I pulled into the line to get an oil change. My girls (4 and 2) asked if we were going to be in the line with the silly guy (we've used this location several times over the last year for multiple cars). Even they remember how fun an oil change can be when the right people are doing it. The service and quality of our oil changes have always been solid, and the customer service is even better. At least my kids and I think so! They make us laugh every time we're here and waiting for our (fast) oil change to be done.
