Sam at Take 5 Oil Change was the coolest guy. He is very kind, professional, knowledgeable, super courteous and a true people person. It was over 100°F the day I took my car in for an oil change and cabin filter replacement. When I was waiting, Sam gave me a complimentary bottle of cold water. He goes above and beyond. My cabin filter was really in a tricky spot but he patiently loosened all the necessary hardware to get it out of its housing. Then took care to put it back in. The oil change service guys did a great job too. I received a coupon that day because they ran a special and received a sizable discount. Sam even cleaned my windshield for me.I will be returning for my next oil change.
Initially thought the Take 5 team had caused an issue with my truck, but I later realized they weren’t responsible. They handled the situation professionally despite my frustration, especially manager Dustan. The crew was courteous, honest, and provided great customer service. I appreciate how they treated me.
I’ve come here a bunch of times because it seriously get my car cleaner then all the other places I’ve been too, I highly recommend it and the customer service is amazing they got out of there way every time I was even able to get a free car wash because Jon gave me his employee wash! 10/10 experience.
