I just wanted to express my gratitude for the employees of the wadsworth ohio location. I pulled in because my truck had a bad oil leak. I am in a wheel chair so I was unable to climb under it easily and look, especially in poor weather. the guys were very nice and understanding. They found that the filter I had on there was leaking around the top flange. It was a defective filter. They quickly swapped out my filter and topped off my oil and got me on the road so I could get o work on time. I know what it means to give good customer service and those guys nailed it!! Give them raises!! But seriously I appreciate the service and treatment so much!! I will be back for more!! - Jared- 2-6-19
Sam at Take 5 Oil Change was the coolest guy. He is very kind, professional, knowledgeable, super courteous and a true people person. It was over 100°F the day I took my car in for an oil change and cabin filter replacement. When I was waiting, Sam gave me a complimentary bottle of cold water. He goes above and beyond. My cabin filter was really in a tricky spot but he patiently loosened all the necessary hardware to get it out of its housing. Then took care to put it back in. The oil change service guys did a great job too. I received a coupon that day because they ran a special and received a sizable discount. Sam even cleaned my windshield for me.I will be returning for my next oil change.
The guys were very very professional showed me everything that I needed. I kind of figured my truck felt like it was slipping a little and he topped off my transmission fluid. I didn't even know I had a filter in my glove compartment for the heating. They looked at that too showed it to me and there was mold in there. They really fixed everything that my truck needed. I definitely would go back in a heartbeat
