I’ve been to some other two fives in the area and I will no longer go back to any of them. I will only come to the store on Royalton Road. The folks that worked there are super kind, super professional, and they do an absolutely great job. They don’t try to push things that I don’t need, for example I just replaced my air filter about a month before at the other places they would say hey you need a new air filter when I know it’s brand new. At this place the guy told me the air filter looks brand new. Top-notch facility, manager must be doing a great job.
They greeted me with an ice cold bottle of water on the 93+ Degree day, I didn’t have to wait very long. I also had a baby with me and they got me in and out so fast Answered all my questions explained what everything was and what was going on. They gave me genuine things that my car needed but didn’t try to oversell me or pull one over my eyes. They were all very friendly even though it must’ve been 120° in there for them. It was my first time but definitely not my last.
Another good experience at Take 5. Took a little time waiting in line just because they were busy at the time I went. They gave me a cold bottle of water for me and my dogs while we waited. Once I pulled my car into the stall, one of the employees, named Connor at the Strongsville location, was great and gave me my options and never tried to force anything. Price is probably a bit high for those of you who work on your own cars. But, it is very convenient and they’re pretty efficient. I will visit them again.
