I've had problems with Take 5 in the past. Happy with my stop at the Pearl Road Strongsville location. Gage did a great job with everything. Important to note: Take 5 no longer drops the oil out the drain plug, they use a vacuum through the dipstick tube. Not too sure how I feel about that, but that's what they do. Also, on my way out of the location there was a stain on the concrete right before you get to the street where someone's car let loose of oil, dropped a pool on the ground, then you can see it trailing off as the guy pulled down the street. So I felt really good up until I saw that. Overall, I can't complain this time with Take 5 Strongsville.
This experience completed shocked me. I was going in for a last minute oil change, nothing crazy but these guys made my day. Not only was I greeted with a cold water, they filled my tires, checked my car for me, and did all kinds of stuff for free. They were super friendly and funny, especially Josh and Joey! I felt like I was only in there for 5 minutes before they were already done. It was all under like $90 which was very affordable too. I'll definitely be coming back here! Great group of guys, great prices, and great speed. Thank you guys so much! (From the red lancer there today)

The tech offered me a cold bottle of water, Walked through pricing nothing was hidden from me. The manager Josh introduced himself and smiled real big. The whole process took me about 15 minutes and I am one happy girl.
