This was my first time coming to this oil change shop. Justin and Dominic was on point! This place treats you like they want your business! They explain the whole process thoroughly. They make you wanna get your oil changed there. They both were very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be coming here in the future for my oil changes in the future! Oh! And the place was clean! People may say, well it's an oil change place! But one thing I look for in any repair shop is cleanliness! And they had a clean and very well organized work place!
Justin at the Sheffield location was absolutely fantastic! I normally go to the Take 5 in Avon Lake, but after sitting there watching the technicians spend more time chatting with a woman in another vehicle than tending to the next customer, I decided to leave and give the Sheffield location a try. I’m glad I did! The moment I pulled in, Justin greeted me immediately and made me feel like my business was appreciated. He was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive. He even offered me a bottle of water, which was a small gesture that made a big difference. It’s refreshing to see someone who genuinely cares about customer service and takes pride in their work. Justin completely turned around what started as a frustrating experience. The Sheffield location has officially earned my business moving forward, thanks to Justin! Management should recognize him for the excellent service he provides. Keep up the great work!
Visited 10/14/2026 9:00am I had an excellent experience at this 5 Minute Oil Change location! What truly sets this place apart is the honesty, integrity, and respect shown by the staff. They were professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on doing what was right for the customer rather than simply making a sale. It is refreshing to find a business where you feel valued, respected, and confident that you are receiving honest service. Their customer service exceeded my expectations, and I sincerely appreciate the way they handled everything. Thank You Haileab Yoseph
