I recently went to the new location on Abbe Rd and Tyler was my technician. It was an amazing experience. He took the time to talk to about car maintenance on a hgh milage vehicle, like I have. I've heen going to the same place for a oil change for the last 13+years and they never took the time to show me the filters to my vehicle. Did not know my vent to inside of my vehicle has a filter that needed to be changed...It was disgusting, I even took a pic. Thank you Tyler for the amazing service and my car is running great and smelling great!
Was very impressed with the honest and amazing, thorough customer service provided at this location! I came in for an oil change and after showing me the level, honestly told me that it wasn't low or broken down so they did not recommend for another 1500 miles. Had air filter replaced, and other items were discussed but they were respectful of my time and money and didn't try to sell me something I did not need.Will definitely return for the actual oil change!
FANTASTIC. So nice and knows their job so well,they taught me a few things that I didn't know before and change my rear differential oil, I have over 250000 miles on it and at the end one of the nicest guys you can meet,gave me my oil change free. Bless them all they took care of me. Maybe my Mazda will keep on going on longer. My back gears are smoother and picks up better. So thankful for them.
