I came in on a Sunday afternoon right before a long road trip home back to DE & I must say the two employees that serviced my vehicle were awesome . The workforce needs more young men in the world like them . I believe their names were Dominic &. Justin , kudos to you guys for your customer service & attention to detail . You made my trip home more safer & smoothly . God bless you . Also , I’ve never been to a drive through service station , that was super cool . We don’t have auto body shops like that here on the east coast . Maybe the company should look into locations over here . I loved the experience.
I have never been to a Take 5. We are driving across the country and our check engine light went on letting us know we needed an oil change so we stopped in Elyria, Ohio. The two young men who helped us were two of the nicest costumer facing employees we have ever been serviced by. They were competent mechanics of course. But more than that they were incredibly generous with their attitude and very fun. They had a wonderful spirit. A silly thing like an oil change turned into an extremely positive experience!!!
I recently went to the new location on Abbe Rd and Tyler was my technician. It was an amazing experience. He took the time to talk to about car maintenance on a hgh milage vehicle, like I have. I've heen going to the same place for a oil change for the last 13+years and they never took the time to show me the filters to my vehicle. Did not know my vent to inside of my vehicle has a filter that needed to be changed...It was disgusting, I even took a pic. Thank you Tyler for the amazing service and my car is running great and smelling great!
