Shawn and his team went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of after an air pocket got into my radiator after a flush and fill. I truly appreciate the lengths these guys went to. I was able to make it to my final destination on time with no issues. Special thank you to store manager Shawn for ensuring I made it to my destination safely. This is the kind of customer service that every business should have. Shawn is an excellent manager who really cares about his customers. I will never forget what they did for me, and I will be a repeat customer from now on. I highly recommend them for anyone.
Very impressed! We were there Saturday, APRIL 18 around 10:15. As we arrived we were directed to which bay to go to and much to our surprise the store manager on duty greeted us with 2 bottles of water as it was going to be a few minutes, not only were we getting an oil change, we were also getting our tires rotated. As we entered the bay I felt as if we were in a five star restaurant. Workers were communicating about what each was doing and the others answered heard! As we were sitting there I told my wife that’s it I’m done going anywhere else, this is where I’m coming from now on. The only employees name I can remember is Charlie. What impressed me the most was when they checked the engine coolant and compared it to the date that the dealership said it was done. When we saw the sample that was drawn out, it was clear that it had never been done. Big WOW moment. As we were leaving, my wife turned to me and said I think I’m with u, I’m going to start coming here as well. So bravo to those working on Saturday and we look forward to our next visit!
I'd like to give a shout out to Thomas.The assistant manager Austin and James with my first time at take 5. They were so helpful so kind and so respectful. I am going to tell everyone they need to switch to take 5. So very happy and satisfied with every one of them they took care of everything I needed them to thanks, guys, you're awesome.
