10/10 Service! This Team Truly Went Above and Beyond! I have been coming to this Take 5 location for a little over a year, and the team has always been amazing. However, my most recent visit deserves special recognition. I brought my car in because the low-oil light had come on. The team quickly discovered that my car had essentially no oil and identified signs of a potential valve-cover gasket leak. They were honest and careful when explaining that the best they could do at that moment was change the oil or make sure the vehicle had enough fresh oil in it. They also made it clear that I needed to have the potential leak inspected by a mechanic immediately. They even recommended a trusted local mechanic I could take my car to right away. I decided to decline the full oil change because I planned to take the vehicle directly to my mechanic. However, I asked them to top off the oil so I could get there safely. They respected my decision, documented that I had kindly declined the oil change, and made sure I understood the seriousness of the situation. Their concern was genuine, and they never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable. All things you don’t see at businesses any longer. A huge thank-you to Austan A., Thomas M., Richard B., and Charles V. Every person involved was friendly, attentive, supportive, and professional. Thomas M., who was also the manager on duty, helped ensure everything was handled properly. This team truly went above and beyond, and they deserve the highest recognition from the company for the care, honesty, and exceptional service they provided that day. This location consistently has an outstanding team, and this experience reminded me exactly why I continue coming back. Ten stars out of ten!

Shawn and his team went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of after an air pocket got into my radiator after a flush and fill. I truly appreciate the lengths these guys went to. I was able to make it to my final destination on time with no issues. Special thank you to store manager Shawn for ensuring I made it to my destination safely. This is the kind of customer service that every business should have. Shawn is an excellent manager who really cares about his customers. I will never forget what they did for me, and I will be a repeat customer from now on. I highly recommend them for anyone.

Charlie & Xander are two of the best oil techs I have encountered. They are both polite and professional. They sell well, but are also, not too pushy like other places. Take 5 is well-managed also- I heard that the Manager is former WWE Superstar “The Blue Meanie”?? HIGH five for TAKE FIVE.
