My service provider James was exceptional! When I arrived, I explained that my husband accidentally bought the wrong type of oil for my 2009 mini cooper!! I was in a panick... James greeted me with an introduction and the look of concern at my emotions. James wide eyed at my explanation, very calmly said, "Oooh Noo... Ok, Ma'am please shut your engine off, I got you!" The personal attention he gave me, and walking me thru the process helped me calm down considerably. As a retired educator and counseling background, language, manners, eye contact and attitude is everything. James not only showed professionalism, he knew his training. I listened attentively to him double checking his work prior to my leaving. James is a great asset to the Take 5 Corp., and I hope you all feel the same. Professionalism is hard to find these days! Oh by the way... 2 days later, my Mini is fine. No engine damage after all!
This is my second time at this Take 5 location, and both times, I’ve had a great experience. The mechanics are professional and they complete the work quickly. Since it has been so hot, and it’s one of those where you sit in your car as they work, they give every customer a cold bottle of water to drink. It’s a bit pricey, but that’s on the parent company, and you have to know going in that you’re paying more for the convenience than you would be if you scheduled an appointment elsewhere. Overall, I was impressed, and I would definitely go back.
Thank you for such wonderful service today! Everyone was so polite and knowledgeable and explained each step of their process. No one tried to oversell anything to me - only recommended replacement of my cabin filter which was really, really dirty so I got a new one in addition to my oil change. Grateful for their online coupon and the overall stress-free experience! I highly recommend this location!!!
