I had a great experience at 5 Minute Oil Change thanks to Zach and the entire staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient from the moment I arrived. Zach took the time to explain everything clearly, and the team made the whole process quick and stress-free without making me feel rushed. Their customer service was outstanding, and it’s clear they care about their customers. I highly recommend Zach and the staff at 5 Minute Oil Change, and I’ll definitely be returning for future service!
Today I had the please of having Paul and James and they are 5 stars for sure! Very nice, helpful, informative and they worked well together and I had such a great experience! Props to them especially in this heat! I’ll definitely be back thank you! Shawn was absolutely amazing, so nice. I came towards the end of the day when most people are wrapping it up and I know in the service industry anyone at the very end we all just roll our eyes a bit but take care of business. Shawn was smiling and happy, very friendly, explaining everything in terms I could understand, I didn’t feel like a bother but welcomed instead. Top notch service I will be going back for sure!
Very professional & quick! I will be using then exclusively for now on. You don't even have to get out of your car...love that! Update...They caught that both differentials were low and just started getting metal shavings in the housings. Could of cost me a lot of money. Thanks guy's!
