The manager, Joe, and his team were extremely kind and helpful to my mother and me. We were there for a skid plate that was dragging on the ground, and he spotted it from a mile away before we had to tell him! ...Impressive, because it wasn't really making noise. Everyone called us by respectful titles and even brought us two bottles of water, one for my passenger. Appreciate their working on the Columbus Day holiday!
Staff was clean, kind, efficient, and thorough. I had a bad experience here YEARS ago. (the work was fine, but I got the "lady driver" treatment.) It may have been a little overboard of me, but I avoided this place unless absolutely necessary after that. This experience was a complete 180. Casual, honest, and friendly, rather than patronizing and condescending. I would absolutely come back regularly now. Thank you to everyone!
Josh at the Rocky River location was very helpful ans answered all my questions with my oil change today. He was very pleasant and patient. He took his time and let me know about the oil filter upgrade and the tire pressure. Thanks for being a kind person, Josh. I wish all Take Five personal are as kind as you are!!!! 😊
