The guys were great but three days after I had it done now I got three oil spots in my driveway so last night I put cardboard down and I got a big spot I stopped there yesterday and the guy told me that it was just kind of sloppy work on the technician's part that he just got oil on the engine and it probably just dripped off and it'll stop that's not the case something's leaking and I want it fixed ASAP
Josh at the Rocky River location was very helpful ans answered all my questions with my oil change today. He was very pleasant and patient. He took his time and let me know about the oil filter upgrade and the tire pressure. Thanks for being a kind person, Josh. I wish all Take Five personal are as kind as you are!!!! 😊
I will tell you my experience and believe me you will try them. The day I pulled in for my oil change there was a 2025 Toyota Crown platinum, they come with a three year or 36,000 mile free oil change tire rotation when he took it to Toyota they refused the changed the oil at 5000 miles so he decided to take it to take five. We’re talking about a $50,000 car with 5000 miles on it that he put in the hands of these professionals, we all know they’re fast but they’re also efficient professional and is kind as they come. Affordability number one, so do it yourself a favor give them a try. What do you have to lose no one one’s gonna beat their prices unless it’s free just like that last gentleman, but he still took it there. Give him a try.
