Myles and the other attendants were superb! Their professionalism and expertise could only be matched by the level of courtesy they provided! I won’t go to any other Take 5 to service my car. I left there and immediately told a lady at my next stop about how pleased I was with the service I received. I will be telling all my friends & family to get their oil changes done with Myles! If he”s not the manager he needs to be promoted without delay!!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I started in Parma, it was opened no one was there... So I got back on the road and wound up here. Clean and easy to enter which is nice and not always so common. Quick and professional. But, the important part. Myles, the guy who checked me in was just awesome. Clear about what needed to be done, probably the most professional person I have ever met at an oil change and really just seemed kike a good guy. Nothing feels respectful and professional anymore, this was such a welcome change, and I'm glad I found it at my oil change! Good job Take5!
My oil wasn't ready to be changed but there was a sticker on my car that said it was. They let me know and told me to return in a couple thousand miles. They were all really chill about it and I appreciate them not taking advantage of me.
