I started in Parma, it was opened no one was there... So I got back on the road and wound up here. Clean and easy to enter which is nice and not always so common. Quick and professional. But, the important part. Myles, the guy who checked me in was just awesome. Clear about what needed to be done, probably the most professional person I have ever met at an oil change and really just seemed kike a good guy. Nothing feels respectful and professional anymore, this was such a welcome change, and I'm glad I found it at my oil change! Good job Take5!
I came into the Bedford location after the Solon location told me they didn’t have my oil filter. The guy who seemed to be in charge in Bedford was surprised to hear they didn’t have it because it’s one of the most common filters. He was helpful, professional, and fast. Got that and the oil change and was in and out of there.
I was there to have my fluids checked. Fast friendly services very informative. They suggested that I get a radiator flush I said I’ll be back now I’m paying attention I smell the radiator coolant so I’ll be back soon. Thank you for the service
