I started in Parma, it was opened no one was there... So I got back on the road and wound up here. Clean and easy to enter which is nice and not always so common. Quick and professional. But, the important part. Myles, the guy who checked me in was just awesome. Clear about what needed to be done, probably the most professional person I have ever met at an oil change and really just seemed kike a good guy. Nothing feels respectful and professional anymore, this was such a welcome change, and I'm glad I found it at my oil change! Good job Take5!
I come only to take 5. I can’t give 5 stars because the wait is always long. It’s no fault of the employees. It’s why I still come to show support. They’re always nice and no matter how many people are waiting they give everyone the same great service. I almost wanted to ask for a job application just so I could help. So if you come here you might wait a bit. But the employees are still amazing. I wish I got the names of the associates that helped me. One guy had dreads with some sort of head wrap on
Miles did an amazing job and provided additional information to help me for the future ! Prices are good for the additional car work I needed. They provided me a cold water bottle and greeted me quickly when I pulled in. There was a line however they work quickly and efficiently! Thank you handsome gentleman
