Jose, James, Logan, Riley & Klae were awesome today! I was greeted with a water on a hot ND morning and they got to work fast! I had the oil and all the air & fuel filters changed and the guys were so detailed that they even noticed my rear differential oil was getting dark so they quickly sucked that out and got it done on my approval. They were communicating well with each other and were locked in. The whole great experience was under an hour. I’m from out of town and I appreciated the attention to detail and service. They each deserve a steak dinner with their families.
Great experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Minot! Fast, courteous service from start to finish. I really appreciated the bottle of water when I pulled up and how they kept me informed about what they were doing throughout the oil change. They were honest, explained the options, and never pressured me into buying anything extra. Quick, professional, and customer-focused. I’ll definitely be back.
This customer service that I received here from those boys is by far the best customer service I’ve received from anybody in a long time they were efficient. They were nice and they even offered me water. I am just so in love with the fact that these men know how to have customer service and know how to treat their customers and they’re all very, very nice gentlemen I couldn’t ask for anything better and I feel like they should be praised
