As soon as I pulled up, the gentleman offered me a water and asked me how many littles I had in the car. He immediately brought him a juice and fruit snacks to keep him occupied. He went over the details of the service and gave me a great deal!! The gentleman there were so friendly. I would’ve bought the Golden Gate Bridge in the Mojave desert if he would’ve offered it to me. Definitely a 10 out of 10 service highly recommended. I will for now on get my oil changes in Minot when I come to visit my brother.
Jose, James, Logan, Riley & Klae were awesome today! I was greeted with a water on a hot ND morning and they got to work fast! I had the oil and all the air & fuel filters changed and the guys were so detailed that they even noticed my rear differential oil was getting dark so they quickly sucked that out and got it done on my approval. They were communicating well with each other and were locked in. The whole great experience was under an hour. I’m from out of town and I appreciated the attention to detail and service. They each deserve a steak dinner with their families.
Great experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Minot! Fast, courteous service from start to finish. I really appreciated the bottle of water when I pulled up and how they kept me informed about what they were doing throughout the oil change. They were honest, explained the options, and never pressured me into buying anything extra. Quick, professional, and customer-focused. I’ll definitely be back.
