They take care of my family‘s cars so well every single time! They are professional and compassionate if they find out something hasn’t been done right in the past whether it be at a take five or other shops they quickly remedy anything they don’t think is right. David in particular has found and fixed several problems on different cars and made sure things were done right professionally and ethically. It keeps me coming back!
First time getting an oil change with a car that’s new to me so I wanted everything. They did Oil change+ adaptive , Oil Filter, air filter, cabin filter, windshield wipers, and leveled tire pressure. They were efficient, collaborating with each other well. They took the time to explain what and where on this car. Great service . Also have a hefty veteran discount which was a plus 😄

From the moment I arrived and was greeted and offered water, I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer. A special thank you to Chris, Kemsley, and the manager on duty today—I’m so sorry I forgot your name! Everyone was professional, friendly, attentive, and made sure I was taken care of throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the level of service you all provided. My only complaint is directed toward the overall management of this location, and it has nothing to do with the employees working today. It is HOT in that service bay! And this isn’t regular summer heat—they’re working around vehicles that are already extremely hot, which makes that environment even more uncomfortable. I would really encourage management to consider providing the employees with cold, ready-to-drink Gatorade or other electrolyte drinks, rather than having them make Gatorade themselves, as well as cooling towels/cloths or other items that could help them stay cool and hydrated while working in those conditions. I honestly felt so bad seeing them working in that heat that I went and purchased cold Gatorades for everyone working. These employees are taking care of your customers and their vehicles, and I believe they deserve to have management take care of them, too. Despite the heat, they never allowed it to affect the service they provided me. Chris, Kemsley, and the manager on duty—thank you for taking great care of me today. Your hard work did not go unnoticed or unappreciated! ❤️👏🏾
