Hands down the best service I’ve ever had! The techs were all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been going to Take 5 since around 2020 (not this one as I’m originally from GA), and this is the first time I was ever given water. I don’t think I’ve ever had a tech or manager talk to me during the service, other than what was required. There were four men working and all of them talked to us at some point during our visit. I’m not sure if this is something new, but I’ve also never had my windshield cleaned off and they did that as well. I truly wish I would have gotten the names of the people working Sunday, because I don’t want to get a service if they’re not there! Thank you gents, we’ll be back again! 😊
Return customer. Shawn, Chris, Patrick. All do a fantastic job. Still wish they offered tire rotations. But the service is great, fast, and no pressure on the sales. When I wasn’t prepared for some of the costs they helped with in store coupons to make it within my budget. Went in for an oil change and got a new air filter and coolant flush. Was there for less than an hour and was kept well informed. They made sure my kids were entertained with snacks and drinks while we talked about the maintenance needed on my car. Love the place.
This place is a life saver. We were visiting and needed a fix. The dealership advised us to go to any quick lube. We chose here and was totally satisfied. Chris Daw is the BEST!! He took the time to fix what the dealership messed up. He didn't try to sell us on anything but presented everything we needed. He even helped me with a coupon because our bill was so high. And he spoke to the dealership to let them know their mistake. Without him, we would not have made it home. The customer service is top notch. The service is top notch. I would definitely recommend this place over all others!!
