⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service — And Employees Who Deserve to Be Taken Care Of! I wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing customer service I received today, August 14, 2026. From the moment I arrived and was greeted and offered water, I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer. A special thank you to Chris, Kemsley, and the manager on duty today—I’m so sorry I forgot your name! Everyone was professional, friendly, attentive, and made sure I was taken care of throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the level of service you all provided. My only complaint is directed toward the overall management of this location, and it has nothing to do with the employees working today. It is HOT in that service bay! And this isn’t regular summer heat—they’re working around vehicles that are already extremely hot, which makes that environment even more uncomfortable. I would really encourage management to consider providing the employees with cold, ready-to-drink Gatorade or other electrolyte drinks, rather than having them make Gatorade themselves, as well as cooling towels/cloths or other items that could help them stay cool and hydrated while working in those conditions. I honestly felt so bad seeing them working in that heat that I went and purchased cold Gatorades for everyone working. These employees are taking care of your customers and their vehicles, and I believe they deserve to have management take care of them, too. Despite the heat, they never allowed it to affect the service they provided me. Chris, Kemsley, and the manager on duty—thank you for taking great care of me today. Thank you. My daughter came in for oil/filter, air filter and tire air pressure today. She is a young girl who does not know a lot about cars and I am over 4 hours away and worry about her getting taken advantage of when getting maintenance done. She dealt with Chris. Todd and Kemsly who were great. She felt comfortable and got the work done at a fair price and very timely. I am glad that she has found a local shop for her future maintenance needs. Being in the auto repair industry, I appreciate you and your team taking care of her. Well done.

THEY CAUGHT THE BEGINNING OF MY OIL CONSUMPTION PROBLEM! Been coming here for a few years now when I’m in a pinch and my regular shop can’t get me in for an oil change. They noticed my car potentially starting to consume oil and to keep a close eye on it. They set my reminder lower and lower mileage on the sticker. Thank God they did because I went in earlier than I was supposed to and YEP! Consuming oil. It’s a Kia, so to be expected unfortunately. But they helped me catch this! Thank you guys!!!!
