### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Absolutely Incredible Customer Service!** I had a fantastic experience at this Take 5 location . They were awesome, fast, and complete professionals. On top of the great service, one of the technicians went completely above and beyond for me. My car had a dashboard warning light that said "Oil Change Needed," and instead of just ignoring it, he actually took the time to look up exactly how to reset it for my specific vehicle and did it right there on the spot. He absolutely didn't have to do that, but he did it anyway just to be helpful. You don't find that kind of genuine customer service very often anymore. I will definitely be coming back here for every oil change moving forward. Highly recommend!
Everybody told me only take my European to it's dealer. But I'm a strict budget. All the Audi drivers I know said as long as you go with your correct grade of oil and the exact oil filter.....Take5 could handle it. The crew at Take5 from Jordan and Shayla met me exactly were I was. Couldn't be happier. Told me things about my vehicle that I had no idea about. Appreciate the crew. Ill be back, with a full budget of course.
I swing by to get out of the 5 o'clock traffic. Lucky to meet all 3 team members on Wednesday afternoon. Directed to the bay by one. Then Garrett and Noah completed my oil change, but highlighted other items for my awareness. Education lesson for vehicle I only had for short term. I loved the fact that they showed me the items being removed and what new items or liquid being put in my car. They also provided me with my estimate with no pressure for services offered. This "Great Customer Experience" made my evening and my vehicle "Juicy" is humming right along. Thanks guys!
