I had to pull over just to make sure I left a great review. Mark came up with great customer service and greeted me. Take 5 is well known for doing a great job efficiently and Mark truly showed this today. With the help of Joey and their manager John, they helped me with an issue completely unrelated to my oil change. They noticed that my tire pressure was significantly over its limit and took the time to let air out and level all of my tires. I truly appreciated this as I was having issue with my tires and didn’t know why. All of this happened within 10 mins but it truly made my day that they actually cared to help me out
First time at Take 5 Oil Change and I was extremely impressed about everything. The employees were very professional and did a great job. I did not feel pressured to buy items I didn't need. I'll certainly be back. Prior to this, I took my car to Valvoline to get an inspection but the Service Tech told me he couldn't pass my vehicle since the windshield wipers were streaking. I told the tech I just purchased Rain-x wiper blades for $40 and there is absolutely nothing wrong with my wiper blades. He agreed to check them again then returned and told me they were borderline but he would pass me. Obviously he was getting commission to sell products but was doing it in a very unethical way. I will never go back to Valvoline. Imagine how many women get scammed at these places.
Excellent service and recommendations. No pressure at all. Even helped me with a discount. John, the new GM introduced himself to me and we had a nice chat. You can tell he really takes pride in his store, his employees, and the customers. Huston, one of the employees, greeted me when I pulled up. Very respectful and polite. I also was able to get my car inspected here. Took care of so many things I needed. I'll definitely be coming back to this Take 5! This store's GM and employees are definitely an asset to the company.
