i’m usually not the type to leave reviews but i just have to for this place! first: customer service ON TEN!! they were so sweet and caring! shout out Jamar, Julia and Colby! yalls patience and care will never be forgotten <3 i had gotten a flat tire thing morning- fortunately right by this place and went in to see if they could put air in it. turns out my tire was completely torn up, so Jamar went out of his way to put my spare on despite the troubles it was giving him just to take the original tire off!
I was hesitant on coming here because I’ve never been before. I’m glad I did because they are so informative. I went for an oil change and was past due. They gave me a clear understanding of how cabin filters and other filters in the car work, why it’s critical to stay up to date on oil changes which I knew but no one ever went into depth about how it all works. They did. They also reset my indicator light so I’m alerted to when I need an oil change next (also they put a sticker on the windshield). My car was set at 50,000 miles for my next oil change so I’m glad they fixed that for me! Then they noticed my engine light was on and checked to see what that issue was for free. They explained the problem to me and helped me find a couple places that can do the work I need. And all of this took less than 10 minutes! They are absolutely amazing! I went to the one in Greenville NC on Memorial Drive in front of Planet Fitness. I will go back 100%
I went in for an oil change. Let me say the convenience of sitting in my car deserves five stars alone. The staff and manager were friendly and attentive, engaging with me during the process. The staff had professional behavior with me and the other customers. Now the prices are a little steep, and they had a promotion at the time that I visited, but I would definitely visit again. Good customer service.
