I had a fabulous experience! I’m from Maryland and I was in the Greenville area visiting family. On my drive down, my low oil light came on so I stopped by for an oil change. Julia and maybe Jay (I feel terrible that I can’t remember his name) we both so incredibly nice and got me in and out so quickly. It was super hot that day with temps in the high 90’s but they were still super friendly and professional! I wish there was a location where I live! Best oil change ever! Thank you guys!
Excellent service! The crew at this location are the friendliest servicemen I have ever experienced. They were kind, smiled a lot, and I felt safe in their hands. I do not know a lot about cars, and so it’s important that I feel like I can trust what the shop tells me. The atmosphere that the personnel at this location created made me feel very comfortable that they would perform the services I needed well and only sell me services I truly required.
i’m usually not the type to leave reviews but i just have to for this place! first: customer service ON TEN!! they were so sweet and caring! shout out Jamar, Julia and Colby! yalls patience and care will never be forgotten <3 i had gotten a flat tire thing morning- fortunately right by this place and went in to see if they could put air in it. turns out my tire was completely torn up, so Jamar went out of his way to put my spare on despite the troubles it was giving him just to take the original tire off!
