I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Marco! He was incredibly professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. We chatted about everything from sports and cars to the weather and life in general, and he made me feel comfortable coming to Take 5 after a not-so-great experience at the Walmart just around the corner. I’m really glad I spotted Take 5 on my way in and saw that they were already open so early. What could have been just another oil change turned into a genuinely great customer service experience. I want to give a huge thank-you to Marco! Employees like him make a real difference, and he’s a great example of how to treat customers. If you visit this location, definitely ask for Marco. He’s a genuinely great person, and Take 5 is lucky to have him on their team!

He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain things about my vehicle that I had never been made aware of before, including the benefits of high-performance oil filters. What really impressed me was how engaging the conversation was. I felt like I had only been there for about five minutes because the conversation was so informative and enjoyable. I also had the opportunity to speak with several of the other technicians, and they provided me with a wealth of information about my vehicle as well. It is rare to find a business where the entire team is not only professional and knowledgeable but genuinely interested in helping their customers understand and take better care of their vehicles. The customer service at this location was impeccable and, honestly, should be the standard for every business. Kyle and the entire team made a great impression, and I will definitely continue coming back to this location. Great job, Kyle and team! Keep up the excellent work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They even gave us water while we waited for the oil change, which was such a thoughtful touch. They worked extremely fast and efficiently we were in and out in about 10 minutes! I really appreciated how convenient and hassle free the whole experience was. Great customer service, fast service, and a team that truly makes you feel taken care of.
