⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service and Knowledgeable Staff! I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change, and Kyle, the manager, really stood out. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain things about my vehicle that I had never been made aware of before, including the benefits of high-performance oil filters. What really impressed me was how engaging the conversation was. I felt like I had only been there for about five minutes because the conversation was so informative and enjoyable. I also had the opportunity to speak with several of the other technicians, and they provided me with a wealth of information about my vehicle as well. It is rare to find a business where the entire team is not only professional and knowledgeable but genuinely interested in helping their customers understand and take better care of their vehicles. The customer service at this location was impeccable and, honestly, should be the standard for every business. Kyle and the entire team made a great impression, and I will definitely continue coming back to this location. Great job, Kyle and team! Keep up the excellent work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
