Needed an oil change and this Take 5 was within a couple minutes away. Stopped in and was immediately greeted by Elijah and given a bottle of water by Nicole and guided into the bay. The oil change was fast and efficient and an overall vehicle engine check was done to include a cabin air filter that I didn't even know existed behind the glove compartment, which was filled with a nest filled with acorns, Elijah cleaned it all out and installed a new filter. The staff function like a well oiled machine both checking and double checking each step and each others work. And it was all topped off with a clean windshield and all engine fluids topped off. I was impressed with the team work and will return for my next oil change.

The staff was friendly and professional, and while they did offer upgrades and additional services, I never felt pressured to buy anything extra. The complimentary bottle of water and freeze pop were a nice touch and showed great customer service. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be back for my next oil change!
I spoke to 3 other companies before going with this company. Robert was the initial point of contact and he entertained my question even though he was just there that day for a meeting. This was the primary act of kindness that made me feel me and my car would be in perfect company here. Considering I’m a ride share driver the detail examination of my filthers as well as pulling the car fax to see how my car’s maintenance has been kept up with far exceeded
