At first I went to the take five on Raeford Road and I was getting an oil change. I got pulled into the bay and then I got skipped. I’ve waited a whole hour when they skipped me. I told the man I didn’t want the service anymore and to move the Cone so I could leave then I called to take five on Yadkin Road. It was almost time to close about 10 minutes before closing the lady was very courteous. Her name was Nicole and she told me that she could do my oil change after I told her what I had experienced at the other location. They turned my whole experience around at take five at that other location and gave me the best service possible I will probably never go back to the Raeford Road location. I don’t know who their manager is but he needs to be fired. Thank Yadkin Road take five and the manager Nicole as well!
Excellent Service The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and professional. I had a great experience overall. The only issue was that I forgot to mention my military status before paying, and when I immediately asked if the military discount could be applied, I was told the transaction could not be rerun. I understand there may be transaction limitations, but I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t another way to apply the discount after payment. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and appreciate the staff’s professionalism.
The individuals that provided services were great and I would visit again. The only thing I would say is the young lady helping with check in and taking payments should properly communicate pricing. When stating I needed windshield wipers replaced, she stated it would be 19.99 per blade and it ended up being about $35 per blade. As well when explaining how that flush the coolant, she never provided the cost, so I assumed it was a free service. Until she showed me the ticket and it turned out to be $139.99. Now this is not a problem if the vehicle needs it but please communicate the cost so that customers can decide if they want it or not. And it saves time for you as workers as well, by not having to go back and change the ticket, like you had to do mine because I didn't desire the service at the moment. Communication is key! Thank you for an awesome oil change!
