⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars — Outstanding Service and Attention to Detail! I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Clemmons! Dendrick helped me out, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. What really impressed me was the attention to detail. I actually watched them take the time to wipe up just a drop or two of oil that had dripped while filling my vehicle. That might seem like a small thing, but it’s exactly the kind of care and pride in your work that you don’t see very often, especially during a routine oil change. It’s refreshing to see a team that genuinely cares about doing the job right, even down to the smallest details. The entire experience was excellent, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle had been well taken care of. A huge thank you to Dendrick and the entire Take 5 team in Clemmons! Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. You’ve definitely earned my business, and I’ll gladly recommend this location to others!
I like being able to sit in my car and relax while the oil was changed. I also like how the guys call out what they are doing and double check each other so nothing is missed or goes wrong. They were super nice and gave me a complimentary bottle of water which was nice because it was a hot day. They got me in quick but I do have to say it took a little longer than I was expecting for them to get started on my oil change because they were working on another car. My thought there was why have two bays if you can’t work on two cars at the same time. Other than that I had a good experience was great!
Update: ‘Oil Top-off’ ALL staff ARE AMAZING and ATTENTIVE! 🎉👍🏾OMG! I LOVE these guys. Their Teamwork is off the charts 🥳❤️. They educated one another and they’re available to listen and learn from one another. WOW! They will always have my business. The most valuable part is that my service guy took the time to educate me about my oil filter and why it my Kia burns oil fast - typical Kia vehicle. 🤦🏾♀️. Plus he cleaned my window. Thank you
