Explained ever thing in detail and was fast friendly and very respectful. Highly recommend!! I can't remember his name ..but the gentleman with dreadlocks was so attentive and made me feel heard and did everything I asked with authority and leadership. The whole crew that day was amazing. Thank you and know my whole fleet has a great new place for our needs.
Take 5 Clemmons knocked it out of the park! We were greeted warmly and offered cold drinks & bagged snacks. My kids were thrilled and it made the short wait even more fun. The staff seemed to enjoy working together and had a serviced and on our way in no time. We will definitely visit this location again!
I drove past this establishment early one morning after dropping my son of at school and I saw that it was open and there wasn't any cars being worked on in the service bay. I needed an oil change so I pulled in and was greeted by the young man that was there working alone. (I can't remember his name right off) However, he was very professional and asked me if I had ever had service performed at this location. I informed him that I hadn't and he then proceeded to tell me all the things that they covered. Gave me all the pricing information as well as well told me step by step what he was doing in the process. Great customer service, very informative and if I find out his name I'll come back to this post and edit it and mention him specifically. 🫡🫡
