I originally came in for just a regular oil change, but thanks to Jason, I ended up having a great experience and getting more taken care of than I initially planned! What really stood out to me was Jason’s knowledge, honesty, and genuine willingness to help. He was extremely detailed in explaining the differences between products, how they affect my vehicle, and the potential risks of putting off certain maintenance. He wasn’t just trying to sell me something; he genuinely took the time to make sure I understood my options so I could make an informed decision. Initially, I was hesitant about getting a coolant exchange because money was a little tight. Instead of pressuring me, Jason actually offered alternative solutions, including coming back within the next couple of weeks to take advantage of their free fluid top-off service while I waited until I could comfortably afford the additional maintenance. After considering how much I drive and the potential risks, I decided to go ahead and get both the oil change and coolant exchange done. Jason even took the extra initiative to look into available discounts to help me save some money! It’s not often you come across someone who is knowledgeable, patient, transparent, and genuinely considerate of a customer’s financial situation. pulled in to Take 5 because it was time for my other car to get an oil change. Not the Mercedes that's still under warranty and goes to the dealer. The whole visit was easy from start to finish. I let them upsell me to a coolant exchange since it's been a very long time and honestly it just made sense and sitting int he car while they worked meant I could just relax and play with my phone without dealing with a waiting room. When they wrapped up, they honored the coupon I got from their website, tap-to-pay worked without fuss, and the whole thing felt quick, straightforwrad and professional. I'm pleased with the service and will use them again.

I went into take 5 because I was under the impression it was time for my oil change. I met Keyshawn and after getting all of my information and checking my mileage he informed me it was not time for an oil change yet. He said he would perform an oil change if I wanted, but no matter what he would check my oil level and all other fluids. My oil was full, and he politely topped off all of my fluids. Keyshawn was very professional, friendly and a delight to work with! Thank you so much. I’ll be back for when my oil change is actually due. Thank you Keyshawn!
