I went into take 5 because I was under the impression it was time for my oil change. I met Keyshawn and after getting all of my information and checking my mileage he informed me it was not time for an oil change yet. He said he would perform an oil change if I wanted, but no matter what he would check my oil level and all other fluids. My oil was full, and he politely topped off all of my fluids. Keyshawn was very professional, friendly and a delight to work with! Thank you so much. I’ll be back for when my oil change is actually due. Thank you Keyshawn!
I love going to Take 5 for oil changes because I get to sit in my car while getting my oil change, the guys are always polite and courteous. They don't just change your oil but they go above and beyond handling other services for your car, such as checking all your fluids and putting air in your tires is more than what some of these other oil change places. Keep up with great work and kudos to the whole team!
I’ve now visited this Take 5 on three separate occasions. I’m used to sub-par and kindve ambiguous — certainly not memorable — oil change experiences at other places. However, each time I visit this location, no matter the crew, they are so kind, communicative, and do a great job. Every person is so friendly and make something like an oil change a somehow noticeably pleasant experience. I always recommend this Take 5!!!
