Chris, Derrick, and the rest of the crew did an outstanding job on my vehicle. They took care of my oil change, cabin filter, and engine air filter, and even hooked me up with 25% off. They had me in and out in less than 10 minutes while still helping other customers and working together as a team. What stood out most was their knowledge about vehicles and oils explaining the differences, detergents, longevity, and what would work best for my car. Chris also helped guide me toward future maintenance recommendations. Another bonus was that they speak Spanish, which was great because my wife speaks Spanish and it made communication even better. Months ago I came here and wasn’t satisfied, but with the crew here now, I can honestly say I see this place going far. Derrick, as the shop manager, stood out by the way he took care of and supported his crew. We need more managers like that. The shop was clean, everyone worked like a brotherhood, and they made me feel so welcomed that I almost felt like I was part of the team. You could genuinely feel cared for as a customer. I’d recommend family, veterans, and anyone getting ready for a road trip to come here. I wish could give them more than 5 stars Sincerely Chris plata
This is my second time coming for an oil change here, and I will be a repeat customer. The employees are kind, helpful, and make the effort to explain things thoroughly to you. I had the same quality service I received from district manager, Casey, today the first time I came as well, when there wasn’t a manager present. Excellent customer service all around!
They are wonderful im been going to the Elmwood shop and theres Quinton i think that s his name that is very respectful and hard worker and theres this new guy name Jonathan that is amazing and so sweet the best service ever!!!
