I went during my honeymoon after a 12 hour drive and they opened my eyes to how bad of a job my local take 5 did. Turns out i had to replace all my filters and get my coolant flushed out because they never checked it back home. They gave me the best price they could and were extremely helpful with what a normal visit should be. If you’re ever in Lawrenceville GA stay clear of that take 5 but if you’re in Buffalo this is definitely the spot.
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was extremely polite, friendly, and professional, which made the whole experience so pleasant. The staff was also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s refreshing to receive such great service from people who genuinely seem to care about their customers. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit such a positive experience! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location. 👏😊
I was having a morning, my car was putting around so I pulled in got an oil change, these young men know what they are doing, they seen an old problem from a different oil change company and instead of hiding it they had fixed it, I’m forever grateful and they did me a coolant flush, the coolant flush was crazy and the cause of my putting, cause what you mean it’s bubbles in there, needless to stay come here, I went in between hours 7-8 am
