You typically don’t expect these kinds of quick lube shops to go above and beyond .. I came here for an oil change and noticed within a few days my truck was leaking oil. Called them 40 minutes to closing and they had me come in. Angelo and Tony came in after closing on a day off to assist Shamari with figuring out why. Needless to say, although it wasn’t their fault the wrong canister was on the car when i purchased it 2 months ago, they caught it and fixed it all. Went above and beyond to show and explain every step of what they were doing. Double and triple checking for leaks. Cleaned the undercarriage and didn’t let me leave with a fresh bottle of water and a clean windshield. Whoever is the manager/owner at this establishment - I just want you to know how fortunate you are to have not 1 or 2 but 3 HONEST and reliable men working there! For them, you guys have my business.
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The staff was friendly, professional, and very welcoming. They were quick, efficient, and made sure everything was done correctly. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and how they took the time to explain everything to me. You can definitely tell they care about their customers and the service they provide. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and friendly service! 🚗🔧👏
I’VE NEVER HAD SUCH AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE! JOSE & ANGELO ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! GIVE THEM A RAISE! I had an issue with my coolant and I couldn’t pull out of the driveway. I called them about the issue and they assured me that they would stop by at my convenience and help me resolve it. This was after hours (AFTER 7 PM). They were more than courteous and are very hard working men!
