I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The staff was friendly, professional, and very welcoming. They were quick, efficient, and made sure everything was done correctly. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and how they took the time to explain everything to me. You can definitely tell they care about their customers and the service they provide. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and friendly service! 🚗🔧👏
I’VE NEVER HAD SUCH AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE! JOSE & ANGELO ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! GIVE THEM A RAISE! I had an issue with my coolant and I couldn’t pull out of the driveway. I called them about the issue and they assured me that they would stop by at my convenience and help me resolve it. This was after hours (AFTER 7 PM). They were more than courteous and are very hard working men!
Very knowledgeable and friendly. They will show and explain everything to you. There was a courtesy check for my truck cabin air filter. He took it out, showed me how disgusting it was, and then it was taken care of in 5min. I don’t know anything about cars/trucks but when you look at a completely disgusting and clogged air filter, no matter your knowledge, it needs to get replaced. 1st time here but will not be my last.
