Oil Change in Reno, NV at 6300 S Virginia St.

I've been to this Take 5 at least twice before, and both visits were pleasant. After my most recent visit, I ran into a problem. I called and spoke with Jason, who listened to my concern and told me to come on in so the shop could take a look. I couldn't make it until the next day, but when I arrived, the whole team was great. I was greeted warmly, and the staff checked in with me while I waited for Jason to get to my car. Jason took my concern seriously — he believed what I was telling him before I even pulled into the open bay. He fixed the problem and had me on my way in no time. Things happen; what matters is how a business handles its customers' concerns. Five stars. I'll be back!

Professional, courteous and informative. Great team of techs. Explained service requested by me. Team works well together. No wasted movements,each tech knew there job and listening to the crew they communicated well. I noticed they kept each other's safety first. Awesome crew. 5 STARS! Shout out to management team for there hiring process. Also would like to thank the on duty manager Justin he was kind enough to show me how to reset my cars computer. It was displaying service due light on screen for the last month or so. My second visit at this location. I will definitely be there a third time and so forth. I saw four cars ahead of me and it was 90 degrees today and associate Jon came out with bottled water ice cold and told me it will be about 40 minutes till my turn. 21 minutes later I'm in the bay and 23 minutes I'm paying the bill and hitting the road! Outstanding team work Outstanding prices! I'm in the car so I can see and hear the teamwork and communication between associates. Excellent service, excellent experience. My third visit here. Always same results! 5 STARS to Team 5 STARS to management for their hiring and screening process! OH yeah forgot Take 5 will top of oil after oil change to ensure proper level is to specifications. They are always fast and efficient. Always welcoming with a cold water for me which is so appreciated thank you for how well you take care of your customers. This was my second time with you guys. The first one we did a whole flush of the antifreeze fluid line and filters and this time I only wanted the oil change for now and I just like to point that out, that they don’t try to pressure you to purchase more than what you came for but keep you well informed of what to consider on the next round so your vehicle runs sound and at its best!
